There are soo many ways to be active. It doesn’t always have to be strictly dedicated time in the gym. I myself am an avid gym goer, however I don’t just stop there, and I want to encourage those who don’t necessarily enjoy the gym experience, to get out and be active in other ways. Join a rec sports team, go on hikes, take a bike ride, go kayaking, rockclimbing, fishing.. the opportunities are out there. For those who just go to the gym, don’t forget that 60 minutes is only 4% of your day, so what you do with the rest of it counts! Now let’s get active my friends!
