Are you familiar with Collagen? I’m not gonna lie, I definitely jumped on the bandwagon after seeing a lot of bloggers promoting it. I’m always one to try new products with clean ingredients just to see if the hype is real. & turns out, it is.
There are many benefits to adding collagen to your diet such as growing strong hair, skin, and nails, but it also helps support healthy gut and joint/bone function (which, in my opinion is the most important). Since adding collagen into my diet many months ago, I’ve felt significant improvement in my past knee injury.
Tonight I went to the @vitalproteins pop up shop in Soho and had the chance to try some mocktails with their Tropical Hibiscus Beauty Collagen as well as their Matcha Collagen. Both flavors were delicious!! I typically go for the OG collagen peptides to add into smoothies and other recipes, but a flavored drink is always a treat 😋
