EGG & VEGGIE BREAKFAST BOWL 🍲
I absolutely had to start my first blog post with this delicious vegetable and protein-filled bowl, as it is one of my favourite dishes to make in the morning. It’s satisfying, fulfilling, and simple – requiring just 35 minutes. And it’s ridiculously healthy – loaded with three kinds of vegetables, fiber- and protein-rich sweet potatoes, and a harissa vinaigrette that’s so good you’ll want to put it on everything.
