Who says pancakes are just for Sundays?!? 🥞 I made myself some oat bran pancakes this morning (and it's a Friday-I know, I'm crazy!) and they were perfect for my first day off in a while.🙌
I made these with:
•3/4 a large banana
•A splash of @plenishcleanse Cashew milk
•A handful of organic oatbran
•A Tbsp of @prewettshealthfoods Ground flaxseed •A pinch of baking powder
•A pinch of cinnamon
How did I make them?
1) beat the egg and combine with the banana
2) Add the oatbran, flaxseed, cinnamon and baking powder
3) Heat some coconut oil in a non stick pan and add a large Tbsp of the mixture per pancake.
4) Cook for a minute or two on each side and serve.
I topped mine with Greek yogurt, @pipandnut Coconut and almond butter, frozen berries and a sprinkle of granola.
