Hey, there! So, in our last article, we saw how Pari finally got over the first major hurdle of stress management, i.e. she accepted the fact that she had an issue with managing her day-to-day activities, and was getting stressed by it. Accepting the issue, and resolving to take steps to solve it is the first major step towards stress management. And it is not easy to do so, as again we saw in our last blog.
