Started #T25 today. This is a 10 week journey and it gets more difficult as I progress. I can't wait to see the results! It is not too late to join me. It's still early, let's do It! What do you have to lose besides excuses? -If #cost is an issue, how much is your health/life worth? -If #time is an issue, what is something that you spend time doing that is not helping you in any way? Cut it, and start moving. -If #motivation is an issue, let's motivate each other. I promise not to let you quit! Afterall, we can't complain about things we aren't willing to work on fixing. -If bad knees are the problem, sit down and work that upper body, ride a bike, do modified leg exercises. Change your eating habits.
