Stretching everything out today!
I'm so often on the go that I forget to slow down, stretch it out, and relax my body. But today on my calendar was an Active Recovery day, and it was just what I needed!
Our bodies work for us in so many ways, and it's important to show them some love! So, tonight, now that workout and meal prep is done, I'll be having a nice relaxing bath in preparation for another crazy week!
