Trying to learn how to power clean, but I think I have an arm pull creeping in there. Someone help me! Please?

Mock meet results:
Squat 530lb 3rd attempt (#PR)
Comp bench 385lb 2nd attempt (waived the 3rd)
Deadlift 495lb 1st attempt (2nd attempt of 520lb stay glued to the floor).
Mock total of 1410lb at 205lb BW.
Weird afternoon. I didn't expect the squat PR, but it was moving well despite an abbreviated taper.
I was expecting/planning to hit 405 on bench for a PR, but that wasn't in the cards, as my 2nd attempt bench took 5 seconds on the way up.
I picked my deadlift attempts overly optimistic on purpose; I wanted to hit a PR before our workup gets in full swing. Swing for the fences, so to speak...
Moving forward, I won't have a consistent enough schedule to train regularly, so I'm not going to post regularly.
All that said, I may do the bench only meet next Saturday; I just won't be able to train between now and then....
Thanks for all of the support the last 11 weeks! I'll post regularly again once my schedule gets more consistent.

After 6 days of no lifting of any sort and lots of food from San Fransico, decided to ease my bloated and healed body in to some good old training! Planning to run a short 4 week Linear Progression leading into an Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting Meet Accordingly. Now to get my butt back in gear and crush some weights!

First time pressing a log in about a year. Decided to work up to something heavy to gauge where I'm at and got this 10lb PR at 245 overhead with some left in the tank.....turns out just getting stronger pressing with barbells transfers well to other feats of strength.... Almost like it's a general adaptation or something.

Christin is training to take the Cooper Fitness test for law enforcement next month.
She trains twice a week using the basic barbell lifts.
Christin has more than doubled her strength since starting the program just a few months ago.
She has also started to incorporate running into her routine and improved the quality of recovery factors like sleep and nutrition; this is a recipe for success.
Christin hopes to join a specialized K-9 unit one day.

Felt weird shoulder discomfort in my left shoulder. Decided to just ignore it and got through the workout.

Did some TnG benches for the heck of it. I like pausing way more because it allows me to let the bar sink into my chest a little and really throw it off with my legs.

Felt that weird right tricep pain again. It's really pissing me off because it doesn't really hurt that much, but it's enough to throw my concentration just a little.
