What do you take and why ?
➡️The only supplement I truly recommend is Whey Protein as it can be very convenient in times of a busy lifestyle .
➡️ I occasionally purchase BCAA's purely for the taste whilst I'm in the gym and for the 1% edge it can give you, however for the most part BCAA's are completely unnecessary as long as you follow a balanced and healthy diet. As @mattogus says , do you earn $100k + yearly ? No? ... don't buy them. They're a gimmicky premium
➡️ I do recommend a good Pre-Workout however ! But you MUST check the ingredients as many of them are running from placebo effects, I recommend @pescience or @gatsupplements 👈🏻 I'm using the PMP pre workout in this image, contains 320mg of caffeine per serving which puts most of the industry to shame!
