@ fit_pham: #KNOWYOURFOOD: WHICH HAS MORE SUGAR🤔: A green tea frappuchino or a can of Coca Cola?☕🥃 Y'all... the green tea frappuchino has 26 MORE GRAMS OF SUGAR than a can of coke!!!😮🤤😱 How many of you would think twice about having a can of coke for breakfast?😬 I'm guessing a fair bit of you.🙌 What about how many of you think that a green tea frappuchino can't be *THAT* bad for you... especially since it has green tea in it, which is a powerful antioxidant, right??😮🤔 Me!🙌🙌 Don't let 'buzzwords' or 'superfoods' trick you into thinking that something is healthy. Not even to mention that all of those drinks (besides black coffee) have more added sugars than two Reeses peanut butter cups! WHUT. 😑😣 If you're like me, you tend not to think too much about what is in drinks. Liquid calories/things don't count, right??!😂😂 But after just taking a quick look at the Starbucks nutrition info, I was FLABBERGASTED. It's INSANE how much sugar is in all of those drinks, especially when you remember that the World Health Organization recommends limiting added sugar intake to only 25G. 🙈🙅♀️ Now for some, the thought of drinking just straight black coffee is enough to make you projectile vomit from disgust.😂😖 Don't worry, I used to be the same way!😝 Start out with as little milk + added sugar/honey as you can manage. Then every week, try to reduce it by a teaspoon. Eventually, you'll get used to the taste and start to appreciate the coffee for the bean, not the added sugars!😋😘 #BASICBITCH .
