Do you focus on your transitions as much as you focus on each pose?
The space between the asanas is just as important as the asanas themselves. It’s during these transitions that we can stay in tune with the moment, focus on our breath, and ensure we’re moving into and out of poses with structural integrity.
Join us August 12-19 for #yogisintransition, 8 days of moving with mindfulness and intention. Each day we’ll give you 3 poses to transition between and tips for mindful movement.
Focus not only on each pose, but also on how you’re moving from one to the next, with awareness of your breath and body position. This is an all-levels challenge; feel free to dial up or dial back the difficulty, based on your current practice. Please try to keep your videos 30 seconds or less, to make it easier for the hosts to view and comment on everyone’s posts.
