Be Someone Special.. When it comes down to it, do you think the people to the left or right of you want you on their side when it comes to a fight?
So many of us lack upper body strength and Endurance. And we think oh well, it won't matter. The other people around me are weak so I can be too.. But when the shit really hits the fan, will you be an asset or a liability. If you can't perform when it matters, what use are you to your team. You can laugh about it now but the shame will hit and when it does it will be too late to go back.
I know how many guys and girls struggle with their Pull-ups which is why I created this 6 week plan. It's no excuse to just say, I've always sucked at them and I'm just not genetically made for them.
I want you guys to take action, get the results and then come back to me and tell me you're now strong as fvck, you're busting records and busting doors. Get out there and crush it.
