HOLD UP - Yesterday was Monday, right?! . But for real. How in the heck does time pass so quickly?! . This pic was from my trip to Chicago for a weekend with @vitalproteins back in the Fall … but it feels like it was YESTERDAY! . The months literally BLUR together?! I mean we are gonna be 4 months in to 2018 REALLY soon .. how in the heck did that happen?! Then it’s gonna be summer .. then Christmas again .. . I literally feel like it was like a week ago that I was just starting to finalize what shows to start my season with and now BOOM .. it is 2 weeks till stage?! . Honestly .. I WANT to be ONE WEEK OUT and do @musclecontest#FitWorld because it’s almost in my backyard — but traveling is SO HARD on my body. I’m just not sure I can handle THREE shows back-to-back weekends?! Despite my post yesterday talking bout my #Celiac being MORE under control …. it is a life-long autoimmune condition with NO CURE. So while my flair ups may not be as major since I have all my inflammation under control —stress/travel can wreck havoc on my gut and cause issues. I have to be careful and I don’t want to do anything to compromise my trip to #StLouis where I am not just competing .. I’ll be doing some video/photo shoots with my @1stphorm#Pham! . Decisions decisions 🤔🤔 unless something changes and I get a wild hair .. I’ll be back in that sparkly @cjselitesuits and all tanned up by @liquidsunrayz in ✌🏼 weeks. . This was from a couple weeks ago but my next goal is to be able to do a dang pull up without the assist bar. I have managed to lower the weight to almost nothing but haven’t been able to get to nothing!

This time last year I was getting ready to step on stage in my first figure show and enter peak week for my second. It's crazy how quickly that year has gone by! I've learned so much about myself physically and mentally. I had the biggest support system and the best coaches in the game! Im not done with the stage yet! Currently working on me- building muscle, finding the everyday balance with the craziness that is my life! I keep telling myself not to compete. I keep convincing myself to take the year off. But I also keep thinking... "what if the physique I've been working to achieve is under there? What if this is the season? What if this was your most productive off season and you fueled yourself to PR on every single lift and the beautiful muscles you covet are just under waiting to be discovered? Really though. I'm not even shredded and I can see some disgusting lines. Especially in my chest. Which means a shred down will do some damage. Do we want to do some damage? 😈
