Stability ball, also called exercise balls, balance ball, fit ball or Swiss ball; are more than just fun sit and bounce on.... Stability ball is a great way to improve strength, cardio endurance and balance.
You can use it by only basic moves or you can use it for push-ups, squads, planks, arms workout, obliques or also for getting back into shape after an injury because they can reduce muscles and spinal strain during certain movements.
Balls come in three diameters:
- 55 cm for those between 4’11’ and 5’4”
- 65 cm for people between 5’7”
- 75 cm for tall between 5’11” and 6’7”
A good rule for finding the right fit is:
➡️ sit on the ball and make sure the hips and knees are at right with the floor😏😏, you should feel safe and you need to be in control of the ball, not the opposite way 🤪🤪🤪.
