Neulich habe ich über die Kern-Kraft gesprochen und wie wichtig eine gut ausgebildete Rumpfmuskulatur für die Kraftentwicklung ist. Sie gibt unseren Extremitäten, Stabilität, sodass unsere Arme und Beine die Bewegung mit Maximalkraft und Präzision ausüben können. Wenn diese Kraft fehlt, wird es schwierig einen präzisen Schuss, einen gezielten Auf- oder Abschlag oder eine schnelle und ökonomische Kraultechnik umzusetzen.

Ich bin kein Freund von crunches. Es ist isoliert, langweilig und die meisten Menschen schaffen sich Probleme im Nackenbereich, weil eher am Kopf gezogen wird.

Deshalb liebe ich Ganzkörperübungen!!!! Denn hier ist nicht nur der Rumpf gefordert sondern auch das Zusammenspiel von Muskelketten. .
In Rückenlage nehme ich mir einen Gymnastikball mittlerer Größe. Ich übe mit den Händen und Beinen drück auf den Ball aus. Schiebe den Bauchnabel zur Körpermitte und öffne dann diagonal.
Während der ganzen Zeit bleibt der Druck auf den Ball bestehen und ich behalte fließende Wechsel bei.
Ihr könnt es auch ohne Ball machen, aber dann macht es nicht so viel Spaß 😉💪🏻😂

A few months ago, We got the privilege of having Blake out here with us, Jons son. Ao many things have changed..
My house no longer stays clean more than one day, we are constantly busy doing different thing, my front yard is full of toys and the neighborhood kids running around, we get knocks on our door from kids asking if Blake can play, we can’t seem to keep enough food in the house, I thought laundry was never ending.... now it’s really never ending. We keep sunscreen on hand more than ever, LEGO’s have become our new home decor. Dirt covers my hardwood floors more than ever, I’m becoming really good at trivia... and I wouldn’t change it for the world. -
