Sorry for my absence. I had some work for school to do and I was training hard as hell so please forgive me.
My training hasn’t been going that well. My bench is moving well, but my squat and deadlift strength is still a bit down. I hope it goes back to normal next week. I’m also not feeling great atm, I got three exams in the next two weeks. History, Biology and Physics. I am also 4 weeks out from Europeans and it’s just a lot.
I will try to edit and upload the videos I have filmed but I can’t promise anything :/
I get an entire week off from school after Europeans so I hope I’ll be productive 🤞
