HEY GUYS 👋
Sorry for my absence. I had some work for school to do and I was training hard as hell so please forgive me.

My training hasn’t been going that well. My bench is moving well, but my squat and deadlift strength is still a bit down. I hope it goes back to normal next week. I’m also not feeling great atm, I got three exams in the next two weeks. History, Biology and Physics. I am also 4 weeks out from Europeans and it’s just a lot.
.
I will try to edit and upload the videos I have filmed but I can’t promise anything :/
I get an entire week off from school after Europeans so I hope I’ll be productive 🤞
Other than that, I hope y’all are having a great weekend💖

Chrissy @chrissydaskfitness one of the most focussed & positive athletes I know coached by @alexhayes_lift went 7/9 at the @ausfitnessshow yesterday 132.5/80/150 in U57kgs ! Total 5kg #PB 👊🏼⠀

Mind u both Alex and her went from a comp in Melbourne 2 weeks ago , coaching at @liftperformancecentre last week and then this. ⠀

She first came in with back issues at the bottom of a squat & during unracking . We also worked a lot on improving her performance by looking at any potential assymetries or weaknesses that could transfer over to improving her lifts and strength in training. E.g. shoulder stability and core rotation work. ⠀

Job well done Chrissy & Alex. Now for some well deserved rest 💪🏼💪🏼⠀

4-Day Upper/Lower Workout Routine (Part 2) By @musclemonsters

I’ve received an overwhelming response to my post about Upper/Lower training. Mainly from guys (and gals) who are interested in running the program, but need more details.
_
So what I’ve done is created 2 graphics – one will layout the upper-body workouts (this one is up on the page) and the other will provide the lower-body portion of the workout (this one).
_
The way the program will be split is as follows: Day 1: Upper Strength, Day2: Lower Strength, Day 3: Rest, Day 4: Upper Hyper, Day 5: Lower Hyper, Day 5&6: Rest, and Repeat!

Some 40kg #walkinglunges from yesterday.
This was my third set after glute bridges. I have no idea how I managed it but I did! Started on 20kgs, then 30kgs and finished with the 40kgs.
50kgs next week!! And a better start weight too.
Excuse the cellulite though 😂
