I've had lots and lots of people ask me what my WARM UPS look like and this 👆is pretty much it. That and dressing 2 x toddlers and a baby on the move in the morning which is a workout in itself 😳😩
My favourite exercises for warm ups are light jogs, jogging knee ups, frog jumps, star jumps, seal jacks and high knees 💦💦💦 I'll usually do about a 3 minute warm up before my workout if I feel like I need it. Unfortunately WARM DOWNS don't exist for me - it's straight back into #mumlife but if you do have time I recommend 5 minutes of stretching.
I've watched this video over many times tonight... I can't believe that this night 3 years ago I went to bed and was woken up a couple of hours later thinking I had wet the bed 🙊 only to find out that my waters had broken 💦💦💦
Pretty happy I'm curled up in my bed tonight and don't have giving birth to twins ahead of me..! These boys will always be my babies even though they turn 3 years old tomorrow 💙💙 ok now pass me the tissues - I'm soooooo emotional 😭😭😭Mama loves her boys 😍😍
