Trying to hit the glutes hard. I believe that moving mass is the way to build mass and as your glutes are accustomed to dealing with a lot of weight, so your butt exercises need to be heavy. I'd like to take the weight up but still working on technique and going as low as my hips and mobility will allow me 🙂

No owner of the league , no endorsement , Money and no BS and not 1 crooked official or linesman . Pure raw emotional pride for the stars and stripes they wear .
No-one was taking a knee , skipping a word in the pledge or even the anthem and everyone paying respect to the best on the top of a podium . Other countries came just to support ours because we are known to give it all in the rink . (Kinda cool not to be a joke for a while) .
These are the athletes that I want my children to idolize and I'll make sure they are a household name here for the next 4 years as well.

Ladies, remember to squat low and keep your standards high.😘 I don’t wake up every day wanting to workout. We all have our challenges. When you’re struggling with something, KEEP GOING. Speaking from experience JUST when you’re ready to give up and when you’ve had enough and ready to quit is when you’ll make your break through. So don’t give up. You got this!! If you keep giving up, chances are you’ll find it easier to keep quitting and give-up on yourself then to keep going and you’ll struggle every time you try something new or face a new challenge. BELIEVE in yourself because I Believe in you!! You CAN do hard things!! Trust me, when you keep going and make that break through, babe, it’s life changing.
Leg day has always been a challenge for me, but it’s come to be my fav day of the week now. Seeing progress and FEELING my body change and get stronger is an incredible feeling when I never used to think I could do hard things.

"Success is the only option." Thursdays for Phase 2 means leg day. No miles this morning. I do not want to burn my legs out! I feel good after Refreed day yesterday. My body was thankful for a little bit sugar! I made sure to get a little extra stretching in this morning so walking is not a problem later lol. -

I have kids, job , family, volunteering , 2 businesses , house , husband , friends , breathing and etc and I barely get dinner on the table or food in me, bathtime is a nightmare , my house is a mess , my life is chaos, deadlines are everywhere..... IM OVERWHELMED ... there is no way I could do what you do !!! I can't eat or cook different healthy meals than my kids and family eat...
