I used to build my legs and glutes every day!!! Until I learned that we MUST give our muscles time to recover in-between workouts. Now I work legs 2 or maybe 3x per week. That. Is. It. for this chick.
Modified squat for those with horrible knees. Found out I’m 30 lbs stronger when I take out my weakest link (my knees). I’m not a fan of the smith machine for squats, but this is better than cutting out weighted squats entirely. #fitness#squatlife🍑
