Well it’s been a second since I took a pic of my fave back pose so here ya go. Squats felt great today and I finally found boxes to jump on in the labyrinth that is my gym so workout over all wall pretty good. SQUAT singles with 197.5kg + 202.5kg (both in video) 📹👆 Not a new pr or something like that but it felt so good to find my way back on track 💗 Followed by two deadlift sets of 150kg x8 and two sets of 170kg x5. - Das Training war sehr wichtig für mich und ich habe es einfach gemacht! Meine Schultern spielten einigermaßen mit und meine Wade/Kniekehle meldete sich nur minimal. Nun kann ich mich auf die letzten zwei noch kommenden Einheiten freuen, in denen ich mit Wickelbandagen beugen werde. Und dann muss ich auch bald schon meinen 1. Versuch gedanklich festlegen. Finished budget for work. Cut back on personal training . Finished moving every single piece of equipment in the gym. No nagging injuries bothering me at the moment . Only 4 more lbs to get back to walking around weight .

Even though this is a Squat focused program, it's nice seeing how all the work carries over into my Snatch and Clean and Jerk. Feels good to hit what were some PRs just a few months ago, on these regular heavy single days. Also recently changed to putting my right foot out in front for jerks. Definitley taking some getting used to, but it feels much more solid already. Gonna continue to dial that in during accessory work. Building brick by brick, one program at a time. Post workout weigh in at 176.2

Snatch- Heavy Single (190lbs)
Clean and Jerk- Heavy Single (250lbs)
Squat- Heavy Single (335lbs)
Straight Leg Deadlift- 3x5 (315lbs)

Random picture of the day. I wanted to take video from the side while doing my max set of squats today. Obviously, I did not swipe to the “video” option on the camera. It was 185 for max reps. I was able to get to 20. Last week was 175 and I only did 15. I think the difference is the scrimmaging with the basketball team mid-week. I felt really good this entire session, and the max set proved it. #ryourogue #wendler531 #squatday #akajellylegsday

Mad shock during todays top set bench loll. Was planning 190 for 2x1 had zero doubt. ZERO. Then it hit. Many different excuses could be made as to why I missed it but we're at 90% of this peak and its to be expected.. Even though 175 went up like air right before. 😑 happy it went up way faster the second time around. Now I have no idea what to expect for next week. :') .
