🔸Não consegue fazer sem intervalos, faça em 3 séries sendo 25 + 15 +10 com descanso de 10' segundos!
🔸Cuidado com a postura, tem dúvidas busque vídeos que ensinam como fazer corretamente o exercício sem causar lesões.

Dicas:
🔸Respiração! Inicie inspirando (puxando o ar) pelo nariz e solte enquanto desce. Inspire novamente ao subir.
🔸Não faça o movimento de forma rápida, estabeleça um ritmo.
🔸Galera fitness pode acrescentar peso, então ajuste corretamente a posição dos braços.
