Tuesday morning on that grind. Woke up tired and grumpy and didn't want to workout. Hit what felt like an easy top set of 250x5. Followed up with Boring but Strong of 10x5x210 in 19:45 (not counting a brief bathroom break). Finished up with 6x12 of leg extensions, 3x20 weighted decline sit ups and 3x12 of kneeling cable crunches.
Upped calories and am firmly in a slight surplus. Aiming to gain 1lb a week or so for the next 16 weeks and put on some mass.
