CHAPTER 1: ALCOHOL. So because of my line of work (the restaurant business) I'm always in contact with alcohol in some way. Either it is tastings, attending workshops or just plain drinking with friends and collegues after work or on my day off. For instance, every birthday and/or christmas I get at least one bottle of wine or sprits. So you can imagine the amount of booze I consume. BUT instead of stopping cold turkey, I realise I have to cut down first. Not that I ever want to stop drink at all, but I definitely agree that drinking is both time consuming and not making wonders for your health and fitness. Imagine both the time and money one can save and spend on other things but alcohol! Lets try it! As I said, JUST cutting down, I'd still like to sit in the park with some friends a hot summer day with something sizzeling on a grill, but hey, maybe not close every bar four or five times a week. Sounds good? Okey, go me!
