One Round is when you complete all of the above exercises. You will do 6 total rounds.
•
1st Round: 50 sec of each above exercise, move from one to the next with little rest.
2nd: 45 sec, 3rd: 40 sec, 4th: 35 sec, 5th: 30 sec and 6th: 25 sec.

Take 45 sec to 1 min rest between rounds! •

Tip: remember your low back has to be tight against the ground; as soon as it starts to arch like crazy, that means the core isn't engaged and that you need to either take a break or not lower your leg quite as low! ⠀

Adding weight, little by little. Trying to be responsible in my recovery and not add too much too soon. It’s been a long while since I’ve done these type of sit ups since my surgery so I was a little bit out of practice. The alternating movements of the arms and legs force your stabilizing core muscles to work while driving the knees works the hip flexors. I did this exercise for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest; total of six times. And boy did I feel that burn! ☝️Practice makes progress!
Side-note 📝 keep the opposite leg down as you come up in the sit-up form.
