Tip: remember your low back has to be flat with your hips tilted so that both your glutes and core are fully engaged! ⠀

Tip: remember your low back has to be tight against the ground; as soon as it starts to arch like crazy, that means the core isn't engaged and that you need to either take a break or not lower your leg quite as low! ⠀
