Leg day is zeee best, most sweaty and challenging day... here's an example of how I end every leg day: GLUTE ISOLATION. By focusing solely on the glutes after compound movements, I've noticed the BIGGEST difference in my workouts. This was yesterday's burnout
1️⃣ 10 single-leg hip thrust | focus on pressing through your heel and squeezing in the glutes
2️⃣ 10 single-leg hip thrust on other leg | the db adds more height for more depth in the booty
3️⃣ 10 close stance hip thrusts on db | keep legs together, this kills me
Take you time, focus on the mind to muscle connection. I did 3 sets of this!
