Pilates Circle is a great piece of kit for that!
Inner thighs (Adductors) may not be part of your core however what they can/can't do dramatically affect your alignment and your movement from the PowerHouse. W/out strong inner thigh support along with pelvic floor you can't maintain,
✔️Well-aligned spine,
✔️Ankle mobility,
✔️Healthy Hip mechanics,
✔️Improved balance
With the series in the video,
You will get great inner thighs workout whilst working your Core and Gluteals, lateral rotators, calves.
❗️Pressure to the circle should be equal from Right & Left.
❗️During Elevès squeeze the gluteals firmly and think about length, reach up tall.
16 reps of Pliès, Elevès & and Adductor Squeeze in Elevès should be enough 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Core training is vital for any athlete/individual to improve their performance in their sport or in the gym. The core is activated in every exercise you perform whether your targeting it or not, therefore, the importance to have a strong core is huge!
Here’s the pallof push which is one of my favourite core exercises to perform, this can be carried out with either a resistance band or on the cables. Being in a split kneeling position increases the load on the core due to the anti-rotation needed to keep the body upright, make sure to work both sides of the core by performing reps on the left and right side! 💪🏼💥

While Chiropractic care is our main focus we use many more techniques to help you recover, perform better, and feel better faster. This technique is called Voodoo Flossing. For this technique we wrap an area that is sore, tight, has some mobility issues, or is inflamed with a latex band. That band give compression to the area and we then move the area through it's range of motion. Once the voodoo floss is removed, the blood flows back in to the area. For joints with large amounts of connective tissue, such as elbows and knees, this allows the blood to flush away some of the excess white blood cells that are further making the inflamed area worse.

This can be used as a warm up or cool down tool if done on yourself or as a rehab tool done in conjunction with a rehabilitation program. .
