I am an active runner and triathlete. The training purposes for me was to reduce risk of inquiry and build stronger muscle. Adrian is able to tailor the training programs for me and helped me to work on my whole body. Since I have an “A” level marathon race and a full Ironman in this year, he focus on strengthening muscle groups needed for the Ironman using both muscle power and endurance by using both TRX and weight training. My lower body was already strong cause of my history of running but needed help to improve upper body and core which he had achieved successfully. I’m faster in the water and not getting cramps during biking as before. The training sessions are hard and he is very professional and thoughtful, I have learned many training techniques and gained nutrition knowledge from him during our time. In my spring marathon, I successfully beat the Boston Marathon Qualify time more than five minutes and got a spot for 2018 Boston Marathon. I believe I am ready for my first Ironman race. I would highly recommend training with Adrian and build the healthy lifestyle for yourself."

The Turkish get-up is a total-body exercise that increases torso stabilization and overall strength. The movement is very complex and requires upper body strength to maintain a weight overhead, shoulder stability, hip and glutes strength to raise your body off the floor, and tremendous core strength. It's a very functional movement and includes many of the most basic human movement patterns.
Tips:
1. Make sure you keep your elbow locked out throughout the exercise.
2. Keep your eyes focused on the dumbbell throughout the entire movement.
3. Take your time and concentrate on each segment of the exercise.
