descending stage system, es un buen método para mejorar la adaptación Neurologica en intensidades alta.

En este caso lo hice en mi fase de acumulación(hipertrofia) para preparar al sistema nervio y crear una base antes de la fase de intensificación(fuerza).
.
En el entrenamiento de fuerza la hipertrofia se consigue por las series totales más el Tiempo bajo tensión(TUT). ejemplo: 8-8-6-6-4-4 Rps, 6 sets con un total de 36 Rps.
