Hey everyone!!! Yes it's been a while. I took a little break and it was good for me because I got some much done but I have definitely missed all of you. It will be tough to catch back up.
I have still been running and cycling and yogaing (yeah I know that's not a word).😂 This morning I got in 9 slow and dragging miles. My legs were wiped out from Mondays speed session. Which included 6 miles, 1 WU and 1CD with 4 miles of 800's which averaged out to be a 6:45 pace!!😱 What!? I don't think I have ever done that before. I also got in another 15 mile run last Friday and a great cycling ride in the rain. (This pic was taken from last Monday's evening run which I also slaughtered, 5 miles at 7:20 pace). ✨
Now it's getting cold and I don't like it, but I'm dealing with it. Hope you are all doing well. Thanks for all your support and kindness! Happy Wednesday!
