Try this 90.60.30
90 sec max incline (40) walk speed 3.0
60 sec run 10 incline speed 7.4
30 sec sprint incline 8 at your max speed
Repeat twice through. Recover walk for 2-3 min and hit it again. 6x. Adjust incline and speed as needed. Roll out your posterior chain- those calves will be tight, hamstrings, glutes and lower back. And if your anything like me lengthen back our your hip flexors.
