This is a sugar free variation of a recipe called Nana's Cheese Pie
It was pretty good but the baking Stevia I have is too bitter so I made it again today with Splenda and it is so good.
It's very few ingredients : 16 oz cream cheese, four eggs, 1 tsp each Orange extract, vanilla, and lemon extract, sweeten to taste with your favorite sweetener. Cream all until smooth. Bake that in a big pie dish at 325 for 30 minutes.
Let cool for 30 minutes.
Whip up 16 oz sour cream, 1 tsp orange oil, 1 tsp vanilla, and sweeten to taste. Bake again at 325 for 20 minutes.
It is best cooled overnight and sort of makes its own crust while baking.
Side note: I used 1 cup Splenda for baking in the main pie and 1/2 in the topping. Also, 1/3 less fat Philadelphia cream cheese because it is lower carb.
