I used to follow the concept that in order to be where you think you should be in life, whether that be career, relationships, or self-worth, that you need to achieve wholeness within.
It's almost a bit of a paradox when you come to the realization that you were always whole, and that chasing an image of who you want to be will only keep you in a cyclical pattern of lack. How can you achieve this idea of yourself when you are constantly growing? What you thought you wanted to be today can just as easily change the next.
For me, realizing that every part of my being is wholeness has helped me be okay with who I am; mental illness, illusory shortcomings, etc, have all been the pieces to solving the puzzle of my Self.
This is just my opinion, and what works for me may not work for you, but my hope is that by sharing these thoughts you will all feel a little more confident in who you are, imperfections and all. I love you 💚
