The little roan and black filly opened her little blue eyes to the strange world around her. So many sights and sensations flooded her senses as the scape around her took shape in her eyes. So many colors she could not name clouded her vision in a wave of overwhelming, unsatisfactory feelings. She felt joy when she saw the colors, unable to look away. “Hello my dear…” a soft, aged voice filled her ears. It sounded that of a soft, happy sensation. A voice she wanted to hear all the time. The little fully strained her gaze, trying to find the owner of the soft voice. There she saw another pegasus. Her coat shimmered with a color that burst in the fillies vision, making her unable to look away. The mares eyes were so striking that it made it hard for the filly to stare at them for long. But she did.
The mare then gently leaned forward, pressing her muzzle against the fillies. This was new, the warm, comfort feeling that came from this made the filly want it more. She took in the mares scent, letting her tiny lungs fill with the aroma.
She felt so overjoyed by this feeling that she whinnied, a new sound she didn’t know she could make. This amused the mare, making her voice pop with a joyful tone. Another laugh followed. A deep, booming tone. It too popped with amusement. “She’s easily pleased” This deep voice said. The filly turned her head to the new voice, blinking her blue eyes. There she saw a silver stallion with a sleek black body. His mane and tail were quite the same as his head. His wings were giant, pulsing with muscle and coated in feathers. He seemed surprised when she looked at him, “Hello, my little autumn leaf” he spoke. His booming voice was gentle, unlike anything she had heard.
Again, it was a new discovery she had made, and she was proud of herself for it. She snorted at the stallion, her eyes sparkling. The stallion chuckled before he too touched muzzles with her, allowing her to drink in his scent. She closed her eyes, letting the new scent fill her senses. As she did, she felt this stallion press his head on hers.
