♡ Spaghetti Bolognese ♡
This was so delicious, kids loved it and they even asked for it for their lunches tomorrow. Winning!
Brown 500gms of mince over a high heat, along with 1 onion and 5 to 6 garlic cloves finely chopped. Add 1 orange kumara grated, tomato paste, one can of canned tomatoes, fresh basil, salt, pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes, until nice and thick.
Spiralise two zucchinis, making zucchini noodles. Toss in apple cider vinegar, little olive oil, salt and pepper.
Can be served with a little parmesan cheese if you wish; and fresh basil.
