Had this amazing dish today suggested by @shiveksuri called Toro tartar ,so Toro is a part of tuna fish and it's subdivided into two parts called otoro and chutoro ,so for this awesome dish both these parts of tuna is used which has amazing punch of umami ,the otoro itself just falls apart in your mouth and melts the other accompaniments like Japanese guacamole,scallions,salmon roe,tartar sauce, cream cheese and yama momo makes this dish a masterpiece and you can have it at Wasabi restaurant.

Had this amazing rajasthani Thai at Alsisar Haveli Jaipur, and the best part was that each and every dish was a hero ,for me bajra murg soyeta was scrumptious which was smoked perfectly, and other dishes like lehsooni murg, jungle Maas ,ker sangri and not to forget this so humble junglee aloo which was so amazingly done with just dried red chilli ,ghee and salt(just three ingredients and dish came out really delicious and to die for). So really blown by the food today and you would not want more when Prince Abhimanyu Alsisar cooks himself for you sharing his traditional recipes which is been there in the family for very long and he was so humble to share them. In short a beautiful evening spent with my very dear friend and his food recipes will really have a impact on me for a very long time,and myself I can't wait to cook all these recipes and giving it my twist.

Last day at Hyderabad, and this place not to be missed 'Charminar' street food was simply awesome ,no recipe was unexplored right from Hyderabadi Biryani to Haleem to Mandi to patthar ka gosht and many more the list is endless.These recipe were tried at best restaurants of Hyderabad. Got a chance to visit a few villages in Uttarakhand, each village has a unique culture and traditions. The cuisine is fresh and still unexplored. The food is very simple yet packed with flavours.
