Vill du få mycket gjort under en kort period så kan du para ihop flera övningar i såkallade superset eller triset. De är inte bara coola namn på något utan är väldigt effektiva.

Istället för att vila flera minuter efter tex knäböj så kan du under vilan träna en annan muskelgrupp. Då blir du tidseffektiv och passet blir dessutom roligare med högre intensitet. Viktigt att det är olika muskelgrupper i övningarna 👊

While it is just as important for the athlete who gets buy on raw athleticism and speed to work on their sport specific skills to thrive at the next level.
