Today I met with Joel from @ild_og_bonner in Norway, a roaster and a friend whose talent brings the best out of our beans. He's been very supportive since the beginning of our project. According to @wcoffeeresearch Tekisic is a variety selected in El Salvador, and known for excellent cup quality in the highest altitudes. In our farm we planted it between 1900 masl (6200 ft) up to 2050 masl (6725 ft). We need to wait a couple of years more to evaluate it's yields. This year we just had the first cupping of this variety and the results were really good.
