So two things I want to bring up with this image 1. How awesome is this tshirt! And 2. A lot of people who lift with me think it's all about being the biggest person in the room when it comes to lifting, it's really not I know people who are 60-80kg that can lift 250kg like it's 25kg and I also know guys who are 100-150kg who struggle to lift 100kg guys just because someone's small doesn't mean they can't lift or if your small then screw stereotypes, weight will move just hold onto that bitch until it does, be a savage in your own right, be savage as fuck! #weightlifting #sizedoesntmatter #savages #savage #savageasfuck #keeplifting #fitnesspoints #fitness #fit #gym #workout #instafit #spearmanproject

So I hit it hard this morning and did a full body 50 rep workout, if you struggle doing 50 reps at a time try adjusting your weight or doing them in sets of ten and working your way down the list. So i want to talk for a minute about mental resilience and motivation. Keeping with fitness or goals in general really isn't easy it's hard to keep motivated when things aren't moving at the same pace as they started at, for example I've spent the good part of a year training and getting fit and at the start I noticed a massive change but as I've progressed and gotten better the results are less obvious I can run further yes but where as before five miles without stopping was a good achievement now that I'm running eleven or fifteen miles at a time pushing that boundary is hard, and yes I could blame it on a lot of things, for example I've been super busy with work over the last few months and I haven't got the training in my body needs so reaching that fifteen mile point is a hard task at the moment. But instead of saying to myself "oh well, I'll leave it until I have the time" I say to myself lets make the time, and it works I make the time for my runs and my lifting and my general fitness and it helps, so if your busy and you find yourself loosing motivation fast think to yourself the first step is convincing yourself you can do it and then working towards the goals, win the small battles, build up to yours goals and then smash those walls down. So I find a good way to keep on top of my fitness on weeks where I'm really busy is to make things into a workout, for example if I have to walk somewhere ill run or one of my favourites is instead of getting a trolley when I go shopping I get two baskets and carry them round, honestly the little things can make all the difference #littlethings #littlebitsoffitness #workout #fit #fitness #gym #instafit #spearmanproject

Hydration is key: Keeping hydrated is key to fitness it keeps you active during your workouts and makes sure that you don't completely die during sessions, I like to keep a bottle near all the time to make sure I'm hydrated throughout the day, especially when I'm at work because its easy to forget to keep your fluid levels up, if you have a bottle in your hand your subconsciously drink the water. #hydration #fluids #keepinghydrated #hydrationiskey #water #fit #fitness #workout #gym #instafit #spearmanproject
