Y no es que no me haya gustado. Cada día estoy más convencida que viajar es completamente subjetivo. He dado todo de mí por conocer todo lo máximo posible de Escocia... no me arrepiento y lo he disfrutado... pero definitivamente, no es lo mío, soy demasiado sureña 💃🏼

¿Qué hacéis el finde, cabesah? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Vince, come commento sportivo dell’anno alla mia partecipazione alla Spartan race: “Carina la Spartan, ma questi sport x e y che ho praticato IO sono decisamente più pericolosi. Capirai la difficoltà nello scavalcare muri di 2 metri e mezzo”. Il primo consiglio spassionato del giorno è di farne una, prima di commentare. Se fosse possibile, con la mia statura di 1.60 m e la forza nella braccia di una donna che non pesa 50 kg con le scarpe.
In secondo luogo, cosa pensate che emerga, oltre all’essere patetici ed egocentrici, da un’affermazione simile?
La spartan non è certamente un’impresa titanica, ma neppure una passeggiata di salute. Sono orgogliosa e soddisfatta di averla portata a termine. Per me era la sfida dell’anno, il primo traguardo di un percorso che ho iniziato 6 anni fa.
Sono felice per chi è convinto di poterla fare bendato e con le mani legate, ma non siamo tutti uguali e non partiamo dalle stesse condizioni. Rispettare i risultati degli altri, piuttosto che denigrarli perché inferiori ai vostri, mi pare il minimo per un comportamento civile ed umano.

Playgrounds guys! Playgrounds! Perfect to train for the #trifecta2019 + me and @spartangirlnic have had loads of fun. But, we also got a little embarrassed when a 9-year-old girl showed us how to do the monkey bars properly. Well, if ia 9-year-old knows best and makes my training easier, than I’ll go for it!

Hier soir après le mode #spartria du run & burpees de la veille place à mon rôle d’ambassadrice #biocestbonrunning #biocestbon ! Au programme un run de 7km allure tranquille le but n’étant pas la performance ici mais de motiver le plus de personne à courir ensemble dans la bonne humeur ! Objectif atteint puisque nous avons même eu une maman courant avec sa poussette ! N’hésitez pas à nous rejoindre pour le prochain ! Aroooooo

Tips to being happy! 🌸 🌸 .
- stop hanging around with people who bring you down. Life’s toooooo short. Instead surround yourself with those who sprinkle positivity everywhere they go 💕💕. .
- smile even and especially when the going gets tough! Smiling naturally triggers a positive emotional reaction :), plus it’s contagious 😃 . .
- exercise. It creates endorphins and makes you FEEL GOOD!. .
- step outside of your comfort zone! It might seem like this is risky and could lead to sadness, but every time you do something that’s uncomfortable, you’re stretching yourself and something about that very act feels oh so good! .
- breathe fresh air as often as you can! Walk outside at lunch, run in the evening, go kayaking, or paddle boarding or for a hike or to the beach. Whatever tickles your fancy just make sure it’s outside :). .
- PUT YOUR DAMN PHONE DOWN (the irony is not lost on me as I type this on my iPhone 😳🤔😉). But seriously set aside a couple of hours (or at least an hour!) every day to be present with your family, friends or just yourself, without any kind of digital distraction.

- eat good foods! You’re not living behind a rock and you know if you eat crap, you feel crap. So don’t! And one cheat / bad day doesn’t mean you’ve failed (I have wine most weekends and am ok with it!). Get right back on the healthy wagon. Trust me, your future self will thank you for the decisions you make today ⭐️⭐️. .

Bueno hoy aprendí un Mini Flying Monkey (que me sorprendí, que salté de la emoción jaja y que antes me daba miedo de intentarlo pero después de mucho superé ese miedo y lo hice y me salió) así que iré prácticando más hasta llegar a mejorar y así poder ver si lograré volar en un FLYING MONKEY DE 2 METROS como mis Coaches de esparta😎

Day 3 Shoulders liift intervals! Recovering from an injury is a slow, frustrating process. It's knowing you can do an exercise or lift heavier, but physically can't. Knowing that if you push too hard to get better you'll actually do the opposite and make it worse. It's just a reminder to listen to your body. Modify as you need to, even if that means going weight free for certain exercises! It's getting better, but not fast enough for my liking. Trying out this @kttape to help the recovery. I'm going to have to see if I can figure out how to tape my own shoulder or teach my bf how to do it for me (that might be easier lol)

Ça c'est fait ! Je voulais me tester sur 20km du coup pour y aller doucement j'ai fait du fractionné course de 8 à 9km/h et marche rapide 5 à 6km/h
Cela m'a pris plus de 3h et je n'ai plus de jambes 😂😂 @freenessbeziers
Mais fière de moi, d'avoir réussi à tenir ce petit challenge, une nouvelle petite victoire 😀💪 That's done ! I wanted to test myself on 20km of the shot to go slowly I did the fractional race from 8 to 9km / h and fast walk 5 to 6km / h
It took me more than 3 hours and I have no legs 😂😂

Marks || Pinky lesson, still doubt if it really is something for me 🙈 Started with waiting 5min for instructions, ran a 5min 1K, waited a few minutes for the others to finish and then hit a 15min explanation what to do🙄 The others didn't had a lot of experience, so it took a long time before we finally started with the 25min circuit 🙈 1'/30" of push press, air bike, lunges, squats with WB, squats with 5kg disk, sit-ups, RKB swing, wallballs, run, wall sit, jump rope (dubs), 'speedladder', jumping jacks and abweel... 🙃 I changed somethings a bit to make it a bit harder, so at the end of the 25min I felt slippery from the sweat 😂 Afterwards I had to wait for Hanno and practiced my dubs some more. Got the marks to prove it 😜

IT DOESN‘T GET EASIER, YOU JUST GET STRONGER 💪🏻
