Here we are 41 weeks vs. 14 days postpartum.
Focusing on my nutrition, drinking a lot of water for milk supply & letting my body heal. I plan on being kind to myself, i have the most supportive husband on the 🌎 and no reason to feel the need to "bounce back". I'm proud of what my body has achieved, it spent over 9 months growing & giving birth to the most beautiful little girl, my little #spartanbaby which makes it all worth it.
I gained 44lbs during my pregnancy, I was 194lbs when I gave birth now I'm down to 168.8. Got a long way to go, I'm nowhere near my goals but i won’t be rushing back into training or putting pressure on myself to lose the ‘mommy tummy’. I’ll be doing very gentle exercises to help give me the strength and energy I need to face each day with positivity and patience as a new mom. I’ll be starting with mobility work & body weight exercises to help heal me from the inside out, nice walks out in nature and will reassess my exercise plan after my 6 week check up. #NovasMom #fitmom #postpartum
