"Weeks 3 and 4 of Lean Up were challenging for me, both physically and mentally. As we move into week 5 our bodies are beginning to change, we feel stronger and we are starting to believe in ourselves and our ability to get to the next step! We no longer dread the next workout, most of us are actually coming in on our “off days” for more. We are energized, we are focused and we are motivated!
