πŸ”Ή 2 x 200g de filete de trucha
πŸ”Ή 6 hojas de lima kaffir
πŸ”Ή 5cm limoncillo picado
πŸ”Ή 1/2 cucharadita de aceite de ajonjolΓ­
πŸ”Ή 250g de acelgas
πŸ”Ή 6 cebollines picados
πŸ”Ή 1 cucharadita de leche de soya
πŸ”Ή 2 cucharadas de salsa dulce de chile
πŸ”Ή 1 1/2 cucharadas de jugo de limΓ³n
1. Pre calienta el horno a 180ΒΊC
2. Pon los filetes de trucha en un pedazo de papel de hornear. Por encima ponle el limoncillo y las hojas de lima. Con el papel haz una coca y encierra el pescado como si fuera un paquete. Hornea en una bandeja para hornear por 8 minutos.Β 
3. Justo antes de servir, calienta el aceite en un wok y saltea las acelgas con la cebolla y la salsa soya a fuego medio.Β 
4. Sirve el pescado con la salsa de chile dulce y el jugo de limΓ³n por encima. Sirve con los vegetales

They are also a rich source of antioxidant vitamin E, plus carotenes which are thought to help with eye health. Avocados also contain some iron, copper and potassium and are a good source of folate.

1 ripe avocado πŸ₯‘
1 clove of garlic
6 baby tomatoes πŸ…
1 green chilli 🌢
handful of coriander 🌿
Juice of 1/2 a lime, salt to taste
Blend/mash all the ingredients together and serve straight away!
Pitta Nachos:
Split and cut the pitta into triangle nacho size pieces
Brush with olive oil and mixed herbs 🌿
bake in the oven at 180’ for about 10 minutes until crunchy - dip right into the guacamole and enjoy! πŸ˜‹
