Looked forward to the gym all day yesterday and then came home and tried soy curls for the first time 😍 so good!! RECIPE: 4 garlic cloves, 1 tbls chili paste, 1/4 c low sodium soy sauce, 2 tbls maple syrup, 2 tsp liquid smoke, 1/4 c veg broth. Pour over 4 oz soy curls and add 1c hot water. Let soak 10 mins. Bake 350 for 20 minutes . . . .
Soy curl strips!!!!! First time having soy curls!!! So good! Has the same consistency as chicken strips. We scoffed them down immediately! I managed to save a few for my salad tomorrow. Finally tried soy curls and made them in the style of “lomo” saltado, so I guess it should be called soya saltada!
