I start a second round of the 80 day transformation program on Monday so in the meantime I’m taking advantage of the HUGE list of options I have in my workout library on our streaming service. This morning I picked one of my all time favorite total body workouts! 💪🏼 I did 40 minutes of weights while on a video call with a few other early rising coach sisters. It’s been forever since I’ve been able to join them due to traveling and I was so happy to see their sweet faces! .
