I don't think anything compares to the beauty of a saree draped the good old traditional way- no crazy trends or drapes. That being said, life (and your outfits) are a lot more fun when you try new styles and step away from the same old! I have a saree that I'm planning to wear next year for one of our wedding festivities that we definitely do not want to/can't cut BUT I also want it to look more like a lengha and less like a saree! My mum and I have been scratching our heads over this but we are quite happy with how this looks👆🏾, our latest solution😄! what do you guys think of this saree + lengha mix? A saree is usually around six yards so there's only so much fabric to play around with! we still have a lot more brainstorming sessions to figure out how to make it look as clean as possible, especially in the back, but I think this is a good start! I like clean & simple, nothing too crazy, trendy, or messy looking- feel free to leave your styling tips/advice/ideas down below💗. already SO excited to see all of my wedding outfits come together and our wedding is still more than a year away🤦🏽♀️🙈.
