#Homemade pork and Napa cabbage #dumplings--my son's favourite. 👩🏻🍳I made about 150 of these today. Most of them I froze and the rest I cooked in leftover Tonjiro (pork🐷, miso and vegetable soup🥕🥒) for a quick #dinner. Homemade dumplings are so easy to make and taste so much better than store bought! 😁The filling is just ground pork, lots of finely chopped cabbage, scallions, ginger, garlic, mirin, soy, salt, pepper, Shaoxing wine, and sesame oil.
