Forgot to post this last week, but a HUGE shout out to @bose for being true to their word and customer satisfaction. My old #Bose #Soundsport headphones started to become unglued in some areas, sound wasnt the issue at all, strictly aesthetics. I walked into a store and asked an employee what they could do and he helped me with contacting their support center, since it appeared I had the unfortunate luck of buying a pair from a bad lot. However despite price and how old mine were they exchanged them for a new pair at NO CHARGE to me to include postage. THANK YOU @bose for keeping it real, definitely a happy and proud customer!
