But I wanted to share with y'all the difference proper macronutrients can make on your body. After competing in my first competition I completely binged and I didn't know how to get back on track without just starving my body which then created in muscle loss. All my hard work was slowly disappearing. I realized I couldn't live like this especially if I wanted to grow.
With the little help from @freddyjon25 (maybe a lot) I finally set some new goals which required lots of food and my delicious oatmeal 🙃
I couldn't be more excited with how my body is filling out, I'll be making my way back on stage sometime in 2017.
I just want to remind women out there that don't be afraid to eat & lift heavy weights, I might have to buy new shorts this summer but I think it's worth it.
