Sometimes I use the river as my home gym! I squat and lift heavy rocks and toss. A big rock on my back for squats and I sit on a rock with my legs up and take a rock and dip it in side to side (ohmyabs)!! Its a nice escape from the gym a change of scenery and even more therapy. All day I procrastinated my workout. I did not jump out of bed today and workout. I did not want to do it today! But I got it done anyways. It's day 6/21 and this girl is not going to miss a workout just because I was sore from doubles yesterday with my run! I'm on a mission! And feeling proud of myself.

Howdy! Howdy! It has been a while since I have posted my workouts. 🤳 Life happens and taking the time to share, sometimes is not priority. This however doesn't mean that I have been slacking with my workouts. 💪🏻 In fact, out of all things, this is a priority for me. My personal policy of not leaving home until I workout, stands.
My daily health routine is a must. Sticking to it is key to maintaining good health, both physically and mentally. It helps me fight illness 😷🤒 and maintain my sanity. 😲 It is especially imperative now that I have taken on a more involved role with Toys for Tots, along with focusing on raising funds for my mission trip to Uganda. Of course, there is the craziness 🙃 of the holidays, along with personal stuff I have going on. Taking time to take care of me, makes it possible for me to take care of others.
Much to your disappointment, 😖 I likely won't be posting much about my workouts, but it doesn't mean I'm not doing them. 😉
