Wow y'all I am so sore today!!! I haven't been this sore for awhile and it actually feels good. When you are sore you know you are using muscles you haven't used in awhile!!! May have to use so recovery protein mix tonight!!!!
Looking forward to today's workout but sleep is on my agenda first!!!! Last night was a rough night!!!
Also I can't believe how full I was on this meal plan and it was less calories than I'm used to just so filling. It truly matters what your calories are, not necessarily how many!!!
