Howdy! Howdy! It has been a while since I have posted my workouts. 🤳 Life happens and taking the time to share, sometimes is not priority. This however doesn't mean that I have been slacking with my workouts. 💪🏻 In fact, out of all things, this is a priority for me. My personal policy of not leaving home until I workout, stands.
My daily health routine is a must. Sticking to it is key to maintaining good health, both physically and mentally. It helps me fight illness 😷🤒 and maintain my sanity. 😲 It is especially imperative now that I have taken on a more involved role with Toys for Tots, along with focusing on raising funds for my mission trip to Uganda. Of course, there is the craziness 🙃 of the holidays, along with personal stuff I have going on. Taking time to take care of me, makes it possible for me to take care of others.
Much to your disappointment, 😖 I likely won't be posting much about my workouts, but it doesn't mean I'm not doing them. 😉
