#day70 is done... or at least part 1 is! I can’t believe there are only 10 workouts left in this program. At least round 1 of it, I’m going to start a new round right after, or maybe take a break and do a round of 21dfx. Either way glad the last cardio flow of phase 3 is done because I HATE IT. I owe a bunch of reps again, but I did some solid work, muscles are tired and Ive definitely worked up a sweat. Call it success-adjacent. Hitting up a spin class tonight for an extra burn out. ✨ Day 0 to Day 26/80 ✨

Round 2 of Phase 1 is complete! I'm feeling stronger and even more lean for sure😊

Victories : 💪🔥 I'm using much heavier weight this round than I did last time. My knee is so strong it's insane! I'm starting to see significant progress in my lower and upper body 🙌

Opportunities : Big one for me especially today since I woke up to an uninvited, and unexpected guest 😑 are staying strong when I get a whiff of something sweet! True story... My wallet is the cookie monster 😬🍪 While an occasional treat is not the end of the world I take sweets to whole other leve😅l. Knowing that, I have to just acknowledge it is not likely an item I can just have a few of and walk away 😂 I am a coach yes... BUT I am human! I will never say I am or will be perfect!! I just need to be more mindful of my eating and follow the kick ass meal plan provided to me to get over the sugar hump haha
After that the norm! Making sure I'm taking in plenty of water and getting enough sleep 🙌
A common question I get asked is "Where do I start?" My top 3 tips would be to aim to 😴sleep more, 💦increase your water and🌶🍄 veggie intake! Might sound too simple but I promise... People have LONG been overcomplicating living a healthy life.

I had an AWESOME long weekend. I got to see some of my favourite friends, watched deadpool, had some QT with my fave qt (hee), and got in approximately 1 zillion workouts 💪💪💪. Yesterday, I tackled my first DOUBLE over at @spokehaus. It was a killer, and I loved every moment of it (or at least every moment after I made it through the first 10 😂🙌). Today I got in a hot spin session at noon, that totally kicked my butt since my muscles were tired from all the work the day before. Took a bit of a cat nap (ok 3 hours 😂), and then got in my last AAA workout for phase 3. YUP #day69 is already DONE.
