✨ Day 0 to Day 26/80 ✨
Round 2 of Phase 1 is complete! I'm feeling stronger and even more lean for sure😊
Victories : 💪🔥 I'm using much heavier weight this round than I did last time. My knee is so strong it's insane! I'm starting to see significant progress in my lower and upper body 🙌
Opportunities : Big one for me especially today since I woke up to an uninvited, and unexpected guest 😑 are staying strong when I get a whiff of something sweet! True story... My wallet is the cookie monster 😬🍪 While an occasional treat is not the end of the world I take sweets to whole other leve😅l. Knowing that, I have to just acknowledge it is not likely an item I can just have a few of and walk away 😂 I am a coach yes... BUT I am human! I will never say I am or will be perfect!! I just need to be more mindful of my eating and follow the kick ass meal plan provided to me to get over the sugar hump haha
After that the norm! Making sure I'm taking in plenty of water and getting enough sleep 🙌
A common question I get asked is "Where do I start?" My top 3 tips would be to aim to 😴sleep more, 💦increase your water and🌶🍄 veggie intake! Might sound too simple but I promise... People have LONG been overcomplicating living a healthy life.
