Did you know neck pain can be coming from your hip and gluteal muscles ?

I am so sore from yesterday's workout! But in a good way. 😁 I can totally feel it in my lats and shoulders. And, I didn't use any equipment yesterday.

This foam roller is becoming my best friend. I had skipped foam rolling the last few nights and my legs were so sore, stiff, and creaky. So, I made sure to spend time tonight using my foam roller and I feel so much better.

I never used to foam roll until a few months ago. I didn't even know what foam rolling was or how to use a foam roller. Now I try to use it every night to loosen my muscles. Do you have a self care routine?

I recently learned when you reach a tight spot, instead of moving the foam roller the traditional north-to-south motion, you should move east-to-west to really release the knot. And boy does that work (and hurt)! Working a knot out of a muscle can be pretty painful in the moment, but it DOES feel better afterwards. .
