Decided to take on 29 reps with 315 deadlifts and then after 29 reps 225 back-squats. Definitely feeling it the next day. What’s great about this is, I never knew I could do this many reps. I would just do up to 5 reps but apparently I can do more. It was probably the Mariah Carey playing in my headphones that gave me the motivation to pull out reps that I didn’t think I could do.
