When I started the Carnivore Diet it was something I choose to do myself. I placed no restrictions on my wife. She could have sat their and ate pasta, pizza and cake right next to me. However I am glad that she saw the benefits of the diet and joined me after a couple of months.
My point is no one is going to help you more than yourself. If you are committed to a low carb diet, then commit to it. If your wife, husband, family or colleagues don’t agree with it. Just say to them, I am going to try this and I want you to support me.
However at the end of the day if they want to have a pizza, it is up to you to say no. That is on you.
Got my workout in early today: chest press, shoulder Press and reverse flyes.
For breakfast I will have bacon, beef patties for lunch and will finish the day with a bbq I think.
